Down and Out on Murder Mile

“Tony O’Neill is a man who has taken the term ‘rock-and-roll poet’ to its furthest edges.”

  —Sam Jordison

“Reading it, I could taste the LA smog. Here pain comes at you like a Mack truck, relentless and unavoidable. Don’t blink—keep reading.”

  —Dan Fante

“O’Neill has acquired massive cult following status among the underground literary scenes in both the UK and the States. It is perhaps his gift for poetic delivery and a nod to the seedy underbellies of both countries that makes his work so popular.”

  —Stool Pigeon

“Digging the Vein is already being touted as the next underground classic.”

  —The Guardian
