Sara nodded. She couldn’t speak. She felt her eyes fill with tears and Luke’s arm around her shoulder, hugging her close.
She knew that she couldn’t possibly always be this happy. But she knew she would always love Luke and cherish the memory of this night, the start of their lives together, for as long as she lived.
