ABOUT THE AUTHOR
A born and bred Jersey girl, Stacy eagerly left the Garden State for college as was the family tradition. But after getting her degree, she strayed from the routine, married a Marine, and soon developed a distinct fondness for travel, U-Hauls and Southern hospitality. She returned to New Jersey after more than a decade of that nomadic life with two children a slight addiction to coffee and a hunger to create something of her own. So, she began writing fiction — stories styled after the classical sci-fi/fantasy novels of her childhood. She still lives in the sprawling suburbs with two teenagers, a neurotic dog and a queenly cat. You may find her at the bookstore or the coffee shop red pen in hand. But you’re just as likely to run into her walking the woods as she makes up new stories to tell you about the next time you come to visit.
