Mary gave him a fish, then all the dolphins laughed again.
“You’re such a joker,” Chipper said.
“Why? What’s so funny?” asked Mary.
“Just dolphin humor,” replied Chipper. “It’s always been a big joke among dolphins that you think everything means ‘Give me a fish.’ No matter what we say, you give us a fish. Dolphins sometime have an overblown since of humor.”
Mary laughed, then Chipper said, “Hey, have you spoken with the humpbacks yet? They have a lot to say. I think they want to talk about all plastic you’ve been sending us.”
Mary yelled out to her assistant, “Get the boat. We’re going to see the humpbacks.”
