Praise for The 600LB Gorilla
“From Robert Campbell we expect good writing, and The 600 Pound Gorilla will not disappoint. . .an expert piece of work in which wacky humor and high seriousness are palatably mixed.”
——— The New York Times Book Review
“Chicago is a better place because of Jimmy Flannery, a precinct captain in the 27th Ward. He is in politics to help his neighbors. . .a novel idea in the here-and-now.
