He cupped her face in his hands, his gaze soft and tender as it held hers. ‘And that’s exactly where I plan to be for the rest of our lives,’ he said. ‘By your side, loving you, protecting you and worshipping you with my body and my soul.’
Gisele closed her eyes as his lips sealed hers in a kiss of promise and hope and healing. She wrapped her arms around his waist, leaning into his strength, delighting in the feeling of being loved and cherished.
It was like finally coming home.
Sienna Baker was sitting by the pool on Heron Island, sipping a Manhattan when she got the text message from Gisele.
