Thank you for reading Body Check! It’s almost impossible to think that, a little over a year ago, I was writing Power Play just for fun. I had no plans to publish it, no plans to create a series off the Blades boys, and yet here we are—four books later! Will there be a fifth? It’s up in the air right now but Weston Cain is calling my name.
Launching a book is a team effort from start to finish, and I couldn’t do it without my team/family/support system. Najla, Kathy, Tandy, Dawn, Brenda, Viper—thank you for making this book look beautiful on the inside and out!
Thank you to the bloggers, my VIPers, every reader in BBA for shouting from the rooftops about wanting Holly & Jackson. I think it goes without saying, if it weren’t for you wanting more of the Blades, then this book wouldn’t even exist.
To my girls in 30 Days to 60k and BF Accountability, it’s safe to say that, without you prodding me to sit my butt down and write, this book wouldn’t be finished. To Tina, Sam, Terra, and Joslyn—I adore you guys!
To Jami Albright, for letting me steal your characters and your town of Zachsville when I said, “My hero is from Texas and I want his mom to be best friends with Honey. Can we make this happen?” You said yes. And now the Blades will forever have their mark in your Brides on the Run series—which is pretty much a dream come true.
And, lastly, to you Dear Reader, for giving me a chance and picking up this book. Thank you for helping me to live my dream of storytelling.
