This first edition was published in November of 1984, in an edition of 1000 copies. Two hundred of these are signed, numbered, and bound in buckram.
The text was set in 10 point Melior, with titles in Kennerly Bold, by Superior Graphics, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The text paper is Warren’s 60# Olde Style, an acid-free paper with an extended shelf life. This book was printed and bound by Edwards Brothers, Inc., Ann Arbor, Michigan.
