Kerlak Pistol/Rifle – Kerlak weapons are based on energy. Typically, they can fire either blue or red beams. Blue beams are for stunning opponents while red beams seek to destroy. Occasionally, kerlak weapons will be created with only a blue setting, but most of these are for competitions like the annual mock-war waged between Meritab and Meritel.
Kerlinblade (fire-light blade) – In the hands of a skilled fighter, a kerlinblade offers many options for both offense and defense. Quality and functionality differ as certain kerlinblades are crafted for military purposes while others see only action in dueling arenas. Weapons created for colored-crossblades combatants tend to have a limited range for width but, a wider range of colors. The handle decorations usually have more to do with personal preference, but those wielded during team events during tournaments are much more standardized. Prince Terosh’s kerlinblade was commissioned by his father, King Teorn, as a Kireshana gift.
Klipper Fighter – a single person aircraft used mainly for defense of small installations. Occasionally, klipper fighters are also used in racing and practice battles waged among the few reckless, bored, and very rich young nobles.
Serlak Pistol/Rifle – Serlak weapons fire pieces of metal. They have fallen out of favor with the nobility, but still see plenty of use as they are generally cheaper to make than kerlak firearms.
Shootav – These are relatively small, cylindrical weapons that fire pellets capable of stunning most medium sized creatures that could threaten a traveling Ranger.
