“So?”
“So, then he told me about the ceremony that Renny, Cole and Eve had.”
“They all have children,” Gryff stated.
“You don’t want a ceremony? You don’t want something that commits the three of us together?”
“Do you want a ceremony?” Rayne asked. “I don’t need one. I doubt Gryff needs one. But if you want one, I’m not against it. Gryff?”
His answer completely floored her. “Yes. I want one, too. I think it’s a good idea.”
Trey laughed. “Holy shit, boss man thinks one of my ideas is good. Write this date down. I need to remember it.”
“Very funny. No, you’re right, T. I think a small ceremony would be nice to have for our family and our closest friends.”
“Our closest one thousand friends?”
“No. No more than fifty.”
“Damn. I wanted it to be a big shindig.”
“No. I will agree to it if it’s small and intimate. Rayne?”
“I agree. Nothing crazy,” she answered.
“So, we’re doing this?”
Gryff nodded and said softly, his voice full of warmth, “Yeah, we can do this.”
“Yes, if you need something to show people that we love each other, then I’m fine with it. In fact, the idea is growing on me,” Rayne said, picturing herself standing between her men at an altar surrounded with beautiful lilies, exchanging vows and rings. Being introduced to their friends and family as a committed threesome.
Yes, she could picture that very clearly.
Plus, it would prove to Trey that they were committed to him. And him to them. He’s found his forever home, his forever family. His partners in life.
To show that there was no doubt that he was wanted and loved. That they were each other’s in all ways.
Rayne patted both their thighs, feeling a sting in her eyes. She sniffled. “Okay, enough with this mushy stuff. Let’s watch The Notebook.”
Gryff groaned. “Oh, for fuck’s sake. Not that movie again.”
Trey yelled, “Fuck no. Last time I went through a whole damn box of tissues. My man card was revoked for a full month.”
She giggled and scrolled through the movies. She settled on an action flick instead that made her men feel like men and her feeling lucky to be cuddled in between them.
Life was good.
