In 2013, she managed to somehow catch the New Adult wave with a sci-fi romance called Slow Burn, which she followed up with more sequels in the Assassins series. More romantic and otherworldly thrillers followed, but each was just as visceral and violent as the last, and she began to wonder if she really belonged in romance.
So in late 2013, she tried her hand at her first contemporary thriller, Rough Edges. And it was like finally finding home.
She lives in Shepherdstown, WV, with her boyfriend Aaron and their cat Isis.
