“No. Yes.” She giggled and covered her face with her hands.
“Well, it seems that even though instances of turning are exceedingly rare they do happen. I am now a Vampire like you and, well, I’m pregnant!”
“What?” Terrence was completely dumbfounded.
Sure, he had been born a Vampire. It was a mutation after all. But he had no idea he could pass it on to his mate. And he had no idea said mate could bear offspring.
“They want me to come in for more tests next week, but Terrence, I feel great!”
He was so chocked he could hardy speak. First a mate, now young. Was it really true?
“Wait, are you not happy?” Daisy asked, eyes wide with uncertainty.
What the fuck are you doing? Say something, idiot! He scolded himself. Without waiting another second, he scooped up his mate and held her to him.
“So you are happy?” She laughed and nuzzled his neck, scraping over his newly acquired mate mark with her fine pointed teeth.
“You have given me more than I could have hoped for,” he said and he meant it.
“I love you,” she said.
“I love you too. Forever,” he returned.
“Forever? Show me then,” her eyes flashed with her demand and Terrence used all his supernatural skill and grace to get them to their bedroom safely and quickly.
“I will never stop showing you how much I love you,” Terrence said.
He slowly undressed his sweet Daisy. His mate. Revealing her pale perfection one inch at a time to his greedy silver gaze.
So perfect and all his.
He took his time proving his point about loving her forever until she was hoarse from crying out. Then he did it all over again.
