I don’t have a marketing team, and I don’t have exposure in brick and mortar stores around the world to help improve my readership. All I have is you, my potential fans. What do you say?”

  Silence.

  Followed by crickets.

  Followed by more silence.

  “Where’d you go?” I ask. “Well, I’ll just leave this here, in case you change your mind.”
