    Voyage of the Beyonder

      DD White
     Voyage of the Beyonder

Five billion years ago The Beyonder became the first starship to reach the planet Doldoria. Meanwhile on that planet a primitive being named Alldegallo dreams about gods from the stars who are coming. He becomes a prophet who predicts that the gods shall soon change their simple steam-powered animal-pulled world for all time. Other aliens of this galactic empire will also never be the same.Almost five billion years ago there arose the galactic empire of Nephapricus that encompassed the galaxy from one side to the other connected by advanced wormhole technologies. The book Voyage of the Beyonder begins the story of this culture where they first began the age of hyper-acceleration to over half the speed of light. These incredible speeds caused changes to their DNA that mutated them from the terrestrial aliens that were evolving on different planets into galactic beings who lived exponentially longer lives. Voyage of the Beyonder is a full-length novel where each chapter has had an illustration by artist Davol White included as part of the writing process. The title of this latest book by DD White, ‘Voyage of the Beyonder,’ is about Nephapricus, which is an alien word for a galactic culture that rose and fell billions of years before the planet Earth was even conceived. Nephapricus began as a cluster of 15 tightly packed stars where three separate intelligent species of aliens evolved on separate planets that were orbiting the stars named Ea, Poa, and Dol. This book chronicles the journey of a member of the Nephrican alien species who was the first to travel from the star Ea to the star Dol. He was a three-legged one-eyed squid-like alien, and his name was Captain Mynervood. In this story he is the first to travel to the planet Doldoria where the intelligent life there still lived in primitive superstitious societies. Doldorians were beings with exoskeleton anatomies that could see and speak with the dead, and they practiced a plurality of religions and mystical forms of magic. The third species of aliens in this story were the Pripicans who were 4-legged furry beings that looked like mythical centaurs. Pripicans were the victors in the Great War between planets against the Nephricans. Pripicans were also the inventors of the quantum-bit technologies, which were starting to inundate this galactic culture at the time of the story. The quantum-bit technology in this story was also used to make artificially intelligent forms of microscopic beings that were more intelligent than any organic life form, they were immortal, and their microscopic size made them virtually invisible. Nephapricus goes back to the beginning of this alien culture, and begins to chronicle the history of this legendary galactic civilization that rose and fell in the 2nd Age of Magphoreus, long before this present galactic dark age where we exist in ignorance of our rich galactic history, and the true nature of our existence possibly remains blind under the mysterious shadow of these highly evolved ancient aliens.

     Fully Automated

“Nano Stories from Hilbert Space” are very short stories set in the whimsical world of Hilbert Space."Fully Automated" is the tale of a race of aliens, who face a unique challenge on their way to a free civilization. Their fate serves as a warning, that in a world, dominated by economy, capitalism and money, automation can be seen as an extinction event.“Nano Stories from Hilbert Space” are very short stories (no longer than 4000 words each) set in the whimsical world of Hilbert Space. Hilbert Space, a very special region of the universe, is a rather unique place. Inhabited by dozens of space faring civilizations and spanning hundreds of systems, it is home to thousands of stories worth telling. While the laws of physics, which lead to the rest of space being quite dull and boring for the most part, are acknowledged here, Hilbert Space is known to find many workarounds, loopholes, and compromises that ensure that it is a dangerous, yet also extremely entertaining domain. "Fully Automated" is the tale of the Parokk, an alien race that lives peacefully and happily on their planet Parogia. But then something terrible happens: Due to technological progress the Parokk can have everything they wish for, wihtout the need to work. While other races simply accept their fate and live as a free society of scientists, artists and philosophers, the Parokk choose to fight. They fight for their right to do manual labour, their right to serve the Corporation and ultimately their right to earn barely enough to survive.
