    The New Pot Enlightenment

      Steven Hager
     The New Pot Enlightenment

With legalization sweeping the world, what's needed is a more mature attitude toward cannabis. Steven Hager has spent a lifetime on the front lines of the legalization movement and has long stressed responsible use. Cannabis has always had a very close connection with spirituality, along with math and music.Unfortunately, the image of the average stoner is not particularly attractive for people outside the culture, and for good reason since stoners are most often portrayed in the mass media as dumb slacker slobs. But this was not always the case. In the 1930’s, vipers were actually daper cats with refined taste in fashion and a deep understanding of blues and jazz. So what's required is a path back to this forgotten past, a time when cannabis use was cool and carried zero negative stigma. And the route is through the harmonization of all religions, which will end the manipulation of religion to manifest war for profit.

     Plenty

When studious teen Mandy’s younger brother goes missing in a crowded theme park she learns the consequences of assumptions.A local amusement park seems the perfect setting for seven-year-old Jack’s birthday party. The adults alternate between socializing with each other and chaperoning their children playing throughout the park. It seems like a fun time for everyone, but apparently not. Mandy would rather be finishing her homework than participating in her little brother’s escapades, especially when she considers his classmates in attendance that would make better company for him. It’s safe to say when Jack appears to go missing in the theme park she finds it more believable he is somewhere he shouldn’t be rather than lost or worse.     About the Author

      Kirsty Moseley
     About the Author

I am a traditionally published and Indie author that hails from sunny England (I lie, it's not really that sunny here!) I'm a hopeless romantic, so of course my main writing focus is romance. I love to create swoon-worthy males that steal your breath! I write mature YA, new adult and contemporary romance novels.  As well as being a writer I'm also an avid reader, mum to one little boy, proud chocoholic and an absolute beast at Lego PlayStation games.  If I had to sum myself up in one word, it would probably be 'daydreamer' - but unlike most of my school teachers, I don't necessarily view that as a bad thing. After all, I read somewhere once that books are like waking dreams... Author's series:NOTHING LEFT TO LOSE SERIES BEST FRIEND SERIES FIGHTING TO BE FREE SERIES

Persuasion: Jane Austen (The Complete Works)

      Jane Austen
Persuasion: Jane Austen (The Complete Works)

Twenty-seven-year old Anne Elliot is Austen's most adult heroine. Eight years before the story proper begins, she is happily betrothed to a naval officer, Frederick Wentworth, but she precipitously breaks off the engagement when persuaded by her friend Lady Russell that such a match is unworthy. The breakup produces in Anne a deep and long-lasting regret. When later Wentworth returns from sea a rich and successful captain, he finds Anne's family on the brink of financial ruin and his own sister a tenant in Kellynch Hall, the Elliot estate. All the tension of the novel revolves around one question: Will Anne and Wentworth be reunited in their love? Jane Austen once compared her writing to painting on a little bit of ivory, 2 inches square. Readers of *Persuasion* will discover that neither her skill for delicate, ironic observations on social custom, love, and marriage nor her ability to apply a sharp focus lens to English manners and morals has deserted her in her final finished work.
